Open Arms Developmental Agency (OADA) enrichment programs include all ages. The entrepreneur development workshops are design for youth up to senior citizens. The workshops include but not limited to, financial literacy course, developing business plan, federal compliance, state compliance, business structure, marketing, business accounts, business credit and other factors that drives a successful business.
